Each unit has 3 slots with finger tip keeper rubber ring to make sure your tackle stays in the holder in the roughest conditions.
To load tackle move the rubber strap back off the key holes and once loaded move the strap back into the side slots.

Small size accommodates 1 3/4 inch diameter post. Most common size for seat pedestal post.
